About Me

Henrike Hegemann

For nearly two decades, I worked in corporate finance leadership at a Fortune Global 500 company, building my career across Germany, France, and Canada. Along the way, I came to understand that effective leadership is about far more than expertise and performance. Empathy, self-awareness, and the willingness to slow down and look beneath the surface can fundamentally change how we lead, make decisions, and work with others.

That realization—and a desire to create a deeper kind of impact—led me to coaching. Today, through Nordheim Coaching, I support experienced professionals and leaders in gaining clarity, expanding their perspective, and finding greater alignment in how they think, decide, and lead.
